My practice is very relationally focused. I enjoy working with couples, individuals, and occasionally adolescents (and their parents). I have experience with marital stress/conflict, premarital sessions, sex, sexuality, self-worth, adolescents & parenting adolescents, foster care & adoption, special needs parenting, Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), being childfree by choice, ambiguous loss, aging, caregiver burnout, life transitions, end of life, grief, and trauma.

I value connection and feel that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the most important aspect of therapy. I provide a safe space to process and navigate the demands of life. I often bring my humor to sessions and want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible.
