My practice is very relationally focused. I enjoy working with couples, individuals, and occasionally adolescents. I have experience with marital stress/conflict, premarital sessions, sex, sexuality, self-worth, adolescents & parenting adolescents, foster care & adoption, being childfree by choice, ambiguous loss, aging, caregiver burnout, life transitions, end of life, grief, and trauma.
I value connection and feel that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the most important aspect of therapy. I provide a safe space to process and navigate the demands of life.
