I am Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the counseling field. I enjoy working with people from adolescence to adults, including those who are aging, and specialize in supporting people in relationship work, depression, anxiety, attachment wounds career challenges and emotion intelligence. I love working with people who are curious and ready to build insight in order to deepen their connections with others. I believe that we are meant to be in relationship with one another and when we learn how to be over authentic selfs we deepen our connections and relationships.
I recognize that therapy is a deeply personal experience and I never take for granted what a privilege it is join with you on your counseling journey. My specialty is working with couples, individuals and adolescents working on building relationship skills in order to improve communication, decrease conflict and allow for connection.
My counseling style is warm and interactive while direct and supportive. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy with Systemic, Attachment-Focused and Solution-Focused. I offer trauma informed services that included Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) I will listen and tailor your counseling needs as we see fit.
