I am an EMDR trained therapist and specialize in individual and couples psychotherapy. Therapy is a collaborative process and I will work with you to identify goals, process life experiences, and develop skills to navigate stressors. I believe that in our work together, it is possible to gain clarity and empowerment in your life through self-discovery, new insights, skills, and compassion for yourself.
I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked in community mental health, the VA, and hospice. My framework rooted in trauma informed care, attachment, mindfulness- based therapy, and person- centered focus.
