I use a strengths-based perspective to help clients live their best lives and see the potential I see in them. I have experience with autism, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ clients, anxiety, and many other life experiences that help me see the nuance of different perspectives. I utilize EMDR to address the trauma inherent to living in a world not made with you in mind.
Being queer and neurodivergent myself, I uniquely understand the complex impact that these differences can have on how a person interacts with the world around them as well as their relationships with others, in both wonderful and challenging ways. I look forward to meeting you!
