About
Do you desire to move forward but don’t understand what may be holding you back? Are you seeking a supportive partner in your healing process? What is important to you when working with a therapist? I follow the notion that the relationship is one of the most important aspects of the healing process and utilize it as one of the main tools in the work with my clients. Whether it is processing trauma, exploring anxiety or depression, addressing relationship issues, or getting through a transitional phase of life, among many other reasons, sometimes therapy with a strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation can make a difference.
Genuine and authentic relationships are a healing vehicle in the work with my clients. I am a visionary therapist, one who jumps in the struggle yet holds the vision for growth, progress, transformation and empowerment while maintaining a supportive, nurturing and non-judgmental environment.
I utilize a blend of different modalities, primarily Humanistic Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I draw from Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Psychodynamic Therapy to adequately address my client’s needs. I serve individuals, couples, LGBTQIA+, and late adolescents. What are you seeking? Let’s talk about it.
