My ideal clients are individuals, teens, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or complex family stressors. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or struggling to process painful experiences. Some families are facing high-conflict divorce or parent–child relationship disruptions and want guidance on how to restore trust and stability. These clients want to feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward. Their goal is healing, stronger relationships, and the ability to manage life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and families. Using EMDR, DBT, and evidence-based trauma interventions, I help clients process difficult experiences, reduce anxiety, and strengthen coping skills. I also provide family systems work and reunification therapy to support healthier communication and relationships.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate difficult experiences alone. Therapy can be a space for understanding, healing, and growth. When you’re ready, I welcome the opportunity to support you.
I also offer Clinical Supervision to Supervisees seeking licensure from the Board of Virginia.
