I’ve come to accept that during our lives, at some point (more accurately-multiple points), things will fall apart. At these crossroads, we have two options: let it sink and stunt us or courageously navigate through the challenging process of healing. I would argue that there is nothing more valuable than doing deep inner work that transforms our life for the better. I am a licensed professional counselor and work with adolescents and adults across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem concerns, among many other difficulties.
I have experience and training in a variety of therapeutic approaches for a range of mental health concerns. While I tailor my work to each client individually, my general approach to therapy is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic/relational, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and mindfulness techniques.
My desire is to help every client reconnect to their true authenticity and be in complete alignment within their lives. I’m so grateful to those who helped me reconnect to my wholeness during my own crossroads and would be honored to help support you in yours.
