I use evidence-based treatment with, adolescents, and adults. I received my Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and specific training in the areas I practice in.
I am a person-centered therapist, with my core values being empathy, genuineness, and non-judgment. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Adlerian therapy/Jungian therapy. I also use Mindfulness and work as a life coach to help you reach your full potential.
