Thank you for considering how I might help you or a loved one with a positive outcome you seek. I'm a licensed child and family therapist with a strong background in community mental health and my approach is solution-focused therapy from an evidence-based background and education. This means that I base my approach in academic best-practices, but I attune our engagement to best suit your needs. My passion is working with children, adolescents, and their family’s to address many issues, including abuse, trauma, anxiety, learning disabilities, special needs, and bullying.
As of March, 2025 I am offering Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
By providing a trusting space we will explore emotions without shaming or shutting them down. Our time together might also include discussing your hopes, dreams, frustrations, unique people in your life or where you might be “stuck”. We will examine the story we tell ourselves and the influence that might have on our lives.
My specialties include improving communication, managing conflict, building coping skills, and creating shared meaning with a family-centered perspective of treatment. I am a wife and mother in a blended family and have a strong commitment to social justice and advocacy/allyship. I am a lover of Whidbey Island and all that it has to offer.
