My mission is to provide quality culturally sensitive counseling services to individuals and couples to help them achieve a more satisfying life. I believe that everyone intuitively has the tools needed to succeed in therapy. Therefore, my goal is to help clients understand and access their strengths to overcome emotional and mental health barriers that may be hindering them from living a fulfilled life.
I have a passion for working with adults who are struggling with self-worth, relationship challenges, and multicultural and identity issues. I strive to provide a nurturing environment for people, especially those who have historically been marginalized to thrive.
I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible. To learn more about my availability, please reach out to our Client Experience team by emailing or calling.
