We are faced with challenges everyday starting at a very young age. Being strong in our sense of self requires love, acceptance, and perspective. When we find ourselves in a space of struggle or confusion, relying on healthy coping and problem solving skills is important. If we are not confident or struggle with these skills it can lead to self doubt, avoidance, depression, anxiety and many other feelings that live inside of us. Reaching out for support is a difficult step. Working with a therapist is the best avenue to receive support. It is a safe and judgment free zone to explore and work on goals.
I am dedicated to supporting my clients in all aspects of their lives. I have experience working with children, adolescents, teens, families and parents.
