I'm Dr. Amy Casey, a multi-state licensed, multi-board certified mental health clinician and supervisor ready to support you in reaching your goals for peace of mind and behavior change. I believe in everyone's ability to get in touch with their innate courage and resilience. And when the going gets tough, I'm here to offer a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic space to move forward.
I work affirmatively with people of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent people, people of color, disabled clients, and those from all faiths and cultures.
I specialize in PTSD, addictions, mood disorders (depression/anxiety/bipolar) with adults and adolescents, including supporting the unique needs of Military members and their families, professional executives, abuse survivors, women's psychology, relationship issues and work stressors. I'm skilled in offering CBT, Emotion regulation, EMDR, and Mindfulness.
My goal is to build a supportive partnership with you to help you build on your strengths, and to make changes to live a life that feels good to you.
As a white cis-gender therapist i’m aware of power dynamics that can exist in therapy. I aim to create a respectful and inclusive space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed.
