About
Selecting a therapist and beginning therapy can be intimidating things to do. I want to help you make the decision that is right for you. I specialize in individual therapy with adolescents and adults. While anxiety and mood disorders are common in my practice, I also handle a variety of other disorders, problems, and issues. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is the most important aspect of therapy. Using my knowledge, training, and expertise, I will work together with you to help you through your whatever you may be facing, make positive changes, and achieve your goals.
I work from a strengths-based, client-centered approach. I do not rigidly adhere to one theoretical framework, nor do I believe that a "one-size-fits-all" approach is most effective. I consider each client's needs and goals to determine the best combination of therapeutic tools.
Above all else, I am here to help you in any way I can. Life is filled with challenges and struggles, and at times it is necessary to reach out for assistance. I welcome the opportunity to work with you. To find out more, visit my website: www.betterdaysbestlife.com.
