My primary focus is helping people not just survive but to thrive in their daily lives. Poor family and disappointing intimate relationships, negative thinking, ongoing abuse, addiction, lack of direction, mounting stress, depression and absence of meaningful connection can feel overwhelming right now. Ironically this pandemic has forced many to reevaluate their lives and the extended time at home provides an unusual opportunity for growth and finally getting help. Being a clinical sexologist enhances my understanding of the importance of our ability to love ourselves and others in a free and honest way which promotes our well being
While I work with patients with long histories of mental illness, the majority of patients I see are at a high level of functioning but feeling empty, stressed, disconnected, or stuck. Telehealth has opened the range of my ability to provide specialty services such as sex therapy to individuals and couples throughout Florida. I have 25+ years of experience.
I will give you feedback. I will respond. If something doesn't make sense I'll point it out. I'm compassionate and want to understand your story. When I do, I will help you hear and honor your authentic voice. As an artist, my approach is creative.
