With extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help people better understand their experiences—past and present—so they can break free from unhelpful patterns and approach their self-care and relationships with greater clarity and confidence.
I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can fully be yourself. So, I approach my work with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. I’m here for the real stuff—the stuck points, the deep wounds & the things that are hard to say out loud. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right, creating insight, relief & meaningful change along the way.
