Helping clients find their authentic self is my passion. Trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, depression and more can cause people to lose themself. Finding ways to cope with and free themselves from negative thoughts, fears, pain and trauma through useful tools, self-talk, and changing thought patterns is vital for my clients. As we walk through the pains, struggles and frustrations of life, my clients are able to see themselves for who they are and who they want to be. Freedom, peace, self-confidence and joy are found.

Anxiety, depression, abuse, addictions, grief, sexual abuse, trauma, relationships, career, self-confidence and more are things that can impede my clients from experiencing an abundant life. I help them traverse through these obstacles to find healing by looking at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual impacts.
You are not alone on this journey. First and foremost I strive to understand my client's needs and help them come to a place where they have peace and joy. I am a Christ Follower. At clients' request, I offer a biblical perspective. As I'm often with clients, email or text is generally the best way to reach me.
