I work with women, parents, teens using evidence-based practices to treat anxiety, depression, recurrent and chronic pain, fears, insomnia, and more. I also support and guide parents with kids struggling with school refusal, explosive behavior, self-injury, suicidal ideation, and more. I am LGBTQI+ and Neurodivergent affirming and inclusive.

Are you struggling with your child's behavior? Do you wonder what they need in order to self-regulate, stop hitting or yelling, attend school, experience less anxiety, and/or stop exploding? In this online group you'll learn to identify your child's strengths and triggers, and discover the supports they need that will decrease challenges and increase pro-social engagement in life activities. You will also have an opportunity to identify your own strengths, triggers, and needs so you can experience less overwhelm and more joy with your children.
