About
Welcome! There is a place for both adults, children and teens in my practice. I am passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma as a child or adult move onto the road of healing and wholeness again. Attachment work with children and their family's is another of my specialties, along with working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression and relationship struggles. My expertise comes from my training as a therapist, as well as being a mother of 3 children, one of whom is adopted. I am an adoption competent therapist and consider it a privilege to walk alongside all my client’s as they grow and heal.
I have a passion for working with parents who are are navigating the challenging waters of parenting children and teens, as well as strengthening these relationships. I also enjoy supporting individuals who are working through relationship challenges, whether it is learning to set boundaries or work through hurt in order to grow or deepen relationships.
Finding the right therapist that you are comfortable with is important. Please reach out and let me know how I can help you with your goal of healing and wholeness.
