Welcome! Working with adults and young adults transitioning into the world of adulthood is truly my passion. I enjoy working with and walking alongside individuals as they heal from trauma or wounds in their life, navigate depression, anxiety, loss, transitions in life or parenting challenging. We often experience hurts and difficulties in our lives through relationships and it is through relationship that we are able to heal. I find it a pleasure to be able to provide that relationship for my clients to begin to heal, grow and flourish as they walk through the process of therapy.
My conversational style of therapy, as well as the use of CBT and EMDR allows me to meet my clients where they are at in order to engage them in the process of healing and wholeness. Through compassion, hope and gaining insight about themselves and their world, and skills that are useful for everyday we engage in the therapy process together.
Finding the right therapist that is a good fit for you and one you are comfortable with is very important when thinking about sharing challenges and wounds in your life. Please reach out and let me know how I can help you with your goal of healing and wholeness.
