Are you feeling overwhelmed by daily stress or ongoing anxiety? At times, do these feelings become so intense that they lead to thoughts of hopelessness or even suicide? If so, you’re not alone. Starting therapy can feel intimidating but the growth and relief it can bring are often well worth it. Everyone deserves a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling, and sometimes we need extra support to get there. That’s where I come in! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults (18+) across a wide range of mental health concerns.

I specialize in those who struggle with symptoms of suicidal ideations, Borderline Personality Disorder, or Bipolar. I also work with individuals who are having anxiety, depression and addiction. Therapy is not the same for everyone and that is why I use a person centered approach and use a mix of multiple different treatment modalities to work with you.
