It is my mission to provide you with empathic counseling support by not only using research-based and proven interventions, but also with my ability to foster a supportive and nurturing therapeutic alliance. I provide comprehensive therapy for couples, individuals, adolescents, and families utilizing a client centered, emotionally-focused approach.
In my work with couples, I help partners enhance or mend a relationship by being attuned to one another and re-establishing an emotional connection. In my work with individuals, I help my clients attain their goals by providing insightful tools for their success, along with plenty of empathetic support.
I am trained in EMDR therapy for clients feeling stuck in their old ways of thinking. I believe clients need to be truly understood, rather than judged, and this is the basis for all of my work. Additionally, I believe therapy should be available to all, so I'm willing to work within your budget. If I can't help you, I will help you find someone who can.
