Not sure where to start? You're not alone. Do you want to embrace your personal story, understand yourself, feel differently, heal from trauma? Through increased awareness & acceptance of who you are we can identify behavioral, thought, or emotional patterns that are keeping you stuck. I strive to help clients balance their emotional, psychological, & physical health. Together we can improve communication skills, decrease emotional reactivity, improve self-esteem, heal trauma, & break down internal barriers. I am trauma informed, I have a down to earth and compassionate style, & will help you identify your innate strengths.
I have advanced training & certifications in EMDR & IFS therapy & integrate skills to help you using DBT/CBT. Our symptoms & behaviors have meaning and can be viewed as "parts" of ourselves rather than our whole identity. I can help you understand what's driving them as well as how to release, heal, or unburden them. I also offer ketamine assisted therapy.
I welcome clients of any race or gender. If you want a therapist who will balance a compassionate approach with helping you to take a hard look at your challenges & back it up with advanced training, then let's talk. Together we'll look at your symptoms, determine their roots, & work to help you feel better for the long run, not just after the therapy hour.
