Announcement icon I am offering offering video or phone sessions with clients (e.g. Zoom, Facetime) as well as in person on a case by case basis.
I want to help you embrace your personal story and live your life in a way that is fulfilling and connected to your personal values. I believe that through increased awareness & acceptance of who you are we can identify behavioral, thought, or emotional patterns that are keeping you stuck. I strive to help clients balance their emotional, psychological, & physical health. Together we can improve your communication skills, decrease emotional reactivity, improve self-esteem & break down internal barriers that prevent you from fully living. I have a down to earth and compassionate style and will help you identify your innate strengths.
I am certified in EMDR Therapy which helps clients heal from traumatic experiences. Additionally I use Mindfulness Based Cognitive-Behavioral interventions (DBT) and IFS. If you ever feel like one part of you thinks and acts one way and another part has a different response I can help you integrate these parts with Internal Family Systems therapy.
I welcome clients of any race or gender. If you are looking for a therapist who will balance a compassionate approach with helping you to take a hard look at where your challenges are and back it up with advanced training then let's talk. Together we'll look at your symptoms and figure out their roots and work to help you feel better for the long run.
