My style is person-centered and strengths-oriented with an eclectic approach. I have 15+ years of clinical experience in group homes, hospitals, schools, community and private practice settings with treating adolescence, adults, and older persons with a variety of life challenges including mood disorders, personality disorders, attention/focus issues, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, chronic illness, TBI, disabilities and life adjustments.
Research has shown that the relationship between a client and therapist is the biggest predictor of overall therapeutic success. Engaging in therapy is a great way to discover more of who you are and who you want to be.
