I am a licensed therapist with 23 years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My primary focus is to empower you to gain insight into your patterns of thought and behavior, build emotional resilience, and work towards achieving a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), am Level 1 trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strategies, each of which is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Although my approach varies with each individual, I help my client identify behavioral patterns that may be interfering with achieving inner happiness and create goals to elicit change. Interweaving modalities and mindfulness techniques, I work with my client to reduce stress, cope with anxiety/depression, and manage difficult challenges.
I believe in a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings.
