I am an EMDR Trained therapist specializing in providing therapy for anxiety, low self-esteem and perfectionism. Many of us strive for perfection and constantly feel like we're falling short, finding it impossible to accomplish everything within the limited hours of a day. This pursuit of perfection often leads to intense self-criticism and feelings of low self-esteem and inadequacy. My primary objective is to provide a nonjudgemental and calming atmosphere where I can assist you in achieving a state of balance while managing the various demands of your life and the high expectations you set for yourself.

In my practice, we focus on reduction of anxiety through the cultivation of self-acceptance. Together, we strive to develop an awareness of the aspects within our control versus those beyond our influence. Creating a safe and serene therapeutic environment is important to me, as it allows you freedom of expression without restricting who you are.
