I specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Dissociative Disorders (DID), and Complex Trauma (cPTSD). I work with individuals, couples, and families healing from conflict, abuse, and trauma. Through an attachment-based lens, I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Model Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and cognitive-somatic approaches. You don’t have to walk this path alone—healing is possible, and we can begin together.
I help people carrying trauma, emotional pain, or relationship struggles find healing and hope. I specialize in BPD, DID, and cPTSD, and support couples and families rebuilding trust. Using approaches like EMDR, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I offer a safe space to feel supported, gain tools, and create lasting change.
