I believe encouragement goes a long way, but being that I am also direct and take an interactive approach to therapy with my clients, I will provide you with more than a listening ear and the ever cliché "uh huh". I will give you useful insight and feedback regarding what seems to be keeping you "stuck" and preventing you from growing and becoming more of the person you want to be.
I specialize in working with couples of all ages. I am a certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator which allows me to not only help couples work through communication issues, but also help increase couple's conflict resolution skills. In addition, I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
