About

We all experience challenges with situations in our lives that can cause us to feel anxious, depressed or upset. Do you want someone to talk to that is non-judgmental and can help you process difficult feelings and emotions? If so, I would be happy to talk with you about your goals for treatment and how I can support you in meeting them.
I have six years of experience working with a wide range of clients who have very diverse needs. I help support individuals, couples and families. I use many modalities in my therapy practice and tailor the treatment to meet the needs of every individual.
