Welcome to the club you didn't ask to join! I'm Amy Braley, a Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in helping families find their footing when grief shatters the family system. I know how messy and confusing it is when your child is laughing at a meme one minute and shutting down the next. That’s not chaos that’s their resilience at work, and I can teach you how to support it.

My Unique Approach: MFT + CTRS I combine two to help your family heal: MFT: I focus on the whole family system. What impacts one person, impacts the entire family CTRS: With over a decade in residential treatment, I know sitting and talking isn't always best. We use therapeutic movement, play, and creative expression to help teach emotional regulation

I take a strength-based approach, acknowledging trauma while empowering your child's resilience. My passion is helping people express themselves creatively and find those glimmers of joy again. Grief Sucks! If your child has experienced a loss, even if it wasn't recent, or they're experiencing anticipatory grief, it's important To show them that they're not the only one their age going through these feelings. 1 out of 11 youth will experience the loss of a significant person before age 18, but it often feels isolating. We have 3 youth grief groups - ages 8-11, ages 12-15 and 15-18.These groups will help build resiliency, coping skills and natural, age appropriate peer supports. Sign up your child today
