My specialty is helping people move to the core of their issues to see and feel the underlying root cause of the pain you are experiencing. I combine talk therapy with visualization, meditation and energy work to help each client open to the deeper beliefs and patterns that inform your present situation. We have the ability to change our current circumstances, communicate better and love ourselves and each other in healthier ways. By facing the inner pain we begin to heal ourselves from the inside out.
This is deep transformational work that allows each individual to release long held pain. I use a psychodynamic approach combined with energy work, CBT, Neural Linking and drama therapy. I use guided relaxation and meditation when appropriate to help each person relax and and begin the deep work of changing dysfunctional patterns, conditioning and trauma.
I've been told I am especially good at tailoring the work to each client so you are at ease and able to accomplish your goals. It is my goal to use my training and skills to create work that best fits who you are and how you want to change.
