I offer virtual therapy to all individuals and invite clients of all sexual orientation, gender, race, neurodiversity, or disability. I work with issues such as loss, anxiety, depression, divorce, adjustment, and general stress. My areas of special interest are in supporting marginalized community members, first generation college students, adolescents, and those helping with chronic illness/medical diagnosis. I offer a sliding scale and accept Aetna and Cigna.
I am first and foremost a family therapist so I will always examine the system one is living in as a source of hurt and healing for the client. I have experience in many medical and academic settings.
I come to the sessions with a strong academic background and as a sort of expert in my field but you come with expertise in your life. We will work collaboratively to find solutions and ways to cope with what is keeping you stuck.
