About

I am a Licensed Psychologist in private practice in Scottsdale, AZ. I specialize in adult psychotherapy and the treatment of trauma, eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, relationship and family-of-origin issues, abuse and related issues. I integrate a variety of treatment approaches with a primary focus on somatic work that helps you attune to your body, establish safety and bring yourself to a more grounded, safe, relaxed state. My goal is to help you feel empowered by discovering your true potential in the healing process. My style is direct, compassionate and sometimes humorous in a professional, relaxed atmosphere.

Daring Greatly (TM) Women’s Workshop

During this workshop, we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent and lead.
