I became a therapist to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges, fostering resilience and self-discovery along the way. My passion for mental health grew from personal experiences and a deep commitment to offering compassionate, client-centered care. Many people I work with struggle with overwhelm, self-doubt, or difficulty managing emotions and relationships. In therapy, I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can challenge limiting beliefs, gain new perspective, and grow in resilience.
I use evidence-based approaches to support clients in building confidence, developing practical coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, and trauma, helping them find balance, clarity, and strength in their daily lives.
