Over my 20 years of experience in the field, I have learned that mental, spiritual, and physical wellness are all important for both healing and growth. I am an eclectic and holistic clinician that incorporates both traditional therapy modalities, and cultural-related approaches that are in alignment with the person on an individual basis. I specialize in treating individuals 14 years and up who experience some but not limited to the following: disordered eating habits, women’s-related issues, self-esteem, trauma-related anxiety, generalized anxiety, and depression.
Each person should be treated according to their individual needs. Which is why I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing not only traditional therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, but also nutritional, spiritual or physical therapies.
