When we experience life's most stressful moments, we often feel like anxiety and worry are running the show; pulling us further and further from what matters most to us.
In our efforts to cope with our hardest moments, we can find ourselves more disconnected, at a time we really could use connection and support. My hope as your therapist is to help you navigate the most difficult of experiences in a way that allows you to reconnect with the parts of your life that bring you the most joy and meaning.
I approach therapy with the same non judgmental acceptance and compassion I want you to give yourself. I believe that therapy can offer us a space to develop a new relationship to our emotions and thoughts, so we can move closer to what’s most important to us and reconnect with ourselves and our lives in a more confident way.
My areas of specialty are helping people navigate anxiety, challenging life transitions, and disordered eating/food and body concerns. I know how scary and overwhelming it can feel to tackle these challenges. From the moment you reach out to me we are on the same team and you won't have to face these challenges alone anymore. I hope to hear from you soon!
