I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. As the Dean of Students at a private school, I specialized in adolescent and family issues. I also have experience simultaneously addressing addiction and mental health concerns as well as depression, anxiety, communication issues, life transitions, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, and emotional regulation.
I focus not only on overcoming immediate concerns but also on discovering and addressing the underlying problems so that these problems do not resurface. I believe that whatever obstacles may come, life can get better. I look forward to the opportunity to work together with new clients to help them realize that change.
