Hello and welcome! I'm Amy and I work with adults, couples, and teens who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and relational approaches that help clients understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I have specialized training in working with trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship distress, and I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to make lasting change.
My approach integrates EMDR, CPT, and trauma-focused CBT to help clients process trauma and anxiety. I also use ACT, DBT skills, and attachment-informed therapy to support emotional regulation and healthier relationship patterns. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and strive to create a space where you feel respected, seen, and understood.
