Sometimes life feels too heavy to carry by yourself and we need someone to walk alongside us in our journey to healing. You, your story, and your uniqueness should be seen, heard, and understood. I love my work as a therapist and value the therapeutic relationship as a safe space to process and explore. My goal as your therapist is to provide care, acceptance, and compassion as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
As a trauma informed and attachment based therapist, I value you and your lived experience. Trauma impacts all areas of life often leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. This can result in fragmented parts of self and disconnection from the body. Together we will work toward understanding yourself and moving toward inner healing.
I am trained in Eye Movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, and Ego-state work (parts work). My background is working with clients who are struggling with trauma (relational, chronic pain, sexual trauma, family of origin), eating disorders, attachment concerns, and grief.
