Hi, my name is Amy Banko, an Licensed Associate Counselor who uses and eclectic approach to support my clients on their wellness journey...wherever that may take them.
In my practice, I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, and Solution Focused therapy to help my clients explore their wellness goals. We then work togehter using a counseling framework that focuses on building a solid relationship, to move you towards your goals, building coping skills along the way.
