If you’re here, things might be feeling overwhelming—whether that’s anxiety that won’t ease up, the impact of past experiences, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. You might also be trying to make sense of your identity, feeling misunderstood, or struggling to find where you fit. I am intentional about creating a safe space for all people and care deeply about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.

I draw from trauma-focused, body-based approaches to help you better understand your experiences and how they show up in your daily life. I will help you both gain insight as well as learn tools that you can use outside of therapy to better manage stress, navigate emotions and shift relationship patterns.
