In the security of a stable therapeutic relationship, we can examine together the conflicts and experiences that are repeatedly detracting from your life satisfaction. Therapy is not a quick-fix, but is a journey that can result in better relationships, improved self-esteem, and improved quality of life.
I offer individual and couple therapy. In addition to therapy with adults, I work with adolescents and children, offering play therapy for children as young as age 3. Parent consultations are also available. I'd like to help.
