I would be honored to have you as a client and work with you during your most vulnerable times, especially men and women struggling with eating disorders. As well as struggling with chronic illness, grief, life changes, divorce, and traumas. I can help you discover healing, strength, and hope in whatever difficult circumstances you're in and been through. Frequently, we are so worried about taking care of others and feel guilty about taking care of ourselves, but you are worthy of investing in yourself!
My goal is to help you turn feelings of fear, shame, hopelessness and other negative emotions into hope and freedom. Together we will empower you to make changes for your life to be better. Even if you're dealing with something long-term like a chronic illness, we can expand your capacity to cope and find joy in the midst of difficulty.
My style is warm and kind, and I feel deep compassion for the people I work with. It's my goal first and foremost to create a safe space that's focused on you and your unique needs. Let's start creating new thoughts and plans for you today!
