I work with adults, specializing in treating a broad range of psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, anger and stress management, job and life-style changes, parenting issues, fertility and pregnancy issues, and grief. I also do psychological assessments as needed and offer IQ, memory, and personality testing when required or requested. I have been in practice for over 20 years and have extensive experience working with individuals to help them achieve fulfilling, healthy, and satisfying lives and relationships.
My theoretical orientation is psychodynamic and relational. I also use cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and ACT to guide clients toward positive change. My role is to help individuals change patterns that keep them from living fully and to empower individuals to make decisions about their life choices so they might achieve their goals.
