There are times when navigating life's difficulties can be especially challenging and you're not quite sure how you'll get through. For the past 8 years, I have worked with clients who experience depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts, psychotic symptoms, trauma, addiction in the family, and relationship problems. My main focus has been on young adults, which has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the special circumstances this age group faces.
I work to help the client develop insight into the problem(s) and effective coping skills to move forward successfully. I can help you change unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns with the use of skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and self-compassion.
