Dr. Berman is a seasoned EMDR Certified Therapist & EMDR Approved Consultant, specializing evidence-based treatments, including somatic and attachment focused EMDR, parts/ego states, Hakomi mindfulness based somatic work, and Heartmath biofeedback. She is also advanced ASCH trained clinical hypnosis provider and David Kessler Certified Grief therapist.
