I approach each client with empathy, respect, and genuine commitment.

While engaging clients in the process, a combination of therapeutic interventions are utilized, and are practiced from a client-centered, strengths-based approach. When appropriate, I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for trauma and other mental health needs. EMDR is a great way to work through pain and heal trauma more quickly.
