We all face challenges, struggles and hardships, some more than others. Many have family and friends who journey with us. Yet, there are times when we need a trusted, trained professional to journey with us in identifying, clarifying and resolving issues that hamper our ability to live freely, with deep meaning. The support, empathy, insight and encouragement I offer depends on the type of issue you are dealing with. The broad range of my work involves trauma recovery, transitions, depression, anxiety, relationships and the use of spirituality as a vehicle for healing.
The training I have is based on trauma recovery, depression and anxiety reduction, recovery of life goals and reaching your preferred life direction -- which may not be the goals culture, family or community support you in. I specialize in helping people recognize what subverts their joy and dream fulfillment.
My office door is open for you to take the first big risk of calling or emailing. To be vulnerable is a risk. On the other side of risk is resilience, hope and healing. Broken crayons still color. We are all broken in some way by life and we all learn to weave our pieces together into a beautiful life.
