I am passionate about working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and/or body image issues. Through my clinical training as a therapist, along with my fitness and nutrition background, I use a creative and flexible approach to help individuals work through their difficulties while also highlighting their strengths. My mission is to help clients know themselves, their triggers, their patterns and learn ways to connect better to themselves and others. I believe that everyone has within them the tools they need to feel and live their best lives.
I am the founder and Clinical Director of Revive Center for Wellness, where I supervise a team of well-trained therapists, nutritionists, health counselors, life/career coaches, and personal trainers who work with our clients to help them be successful in all areas of their lives.
