My job is to offer guidance, bear witness to your unique life experiences, and support you in finding the answers you seek. I am licensed to provide services within the state of Michigan. I offer therapy both in-person and online via video. I'm available Tues-Sat, and we can meet at a time that works best for you.
I work with teens and adults regardless of gender identity, that experience a variety of concerns including: anxiety, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and others, based on patient need. My philosophy is strengths-based and person-centered.
As a member of the Great Lakes Psychology Group network, I have a team standing by Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern available to help schedule an appointment and answer billing and insurance questions.
