Women's Mental Health: I work with women ALL ages, and specialize in maternal mental health. I offer gentle, grounding support for stress resulting from grief, employment, relationships, pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, child loss, parenting, perimenopause, menopause, chronic health concerns and caregiving. My approach is warm, calm, and deeply validating. Although my work centers women’s experiences, I welcome all gender identities relating to these concerns.

I honor your journey and we go at your pace. I use a variety of trauma-informed methods, including interventions such as, talk therapy, Brainspotting and EFT to work on calming your nervous system. Together, we’ll find what helps you feel supported, understood, and empowered.

You deserve a space where you feel comfortable, understood and valued. I maintain a supportive space where together, we walk through the tough conversations.
